Furry Creek is a small community located on Howe Sound in the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District, north of Vancouver and south of Squamish. This tiny community is well known for its golf course, particularly the iconic beach view of the signature 14th hole. Very scenic, if you know a way to capture 14th hole during autumn season! Furry Creek Golf Course was developed by Tanac Land Development starting in 1991 with opening in 1993. Since then, Furry Creek area sees significant changes, including luxury residential homes.
March 6, 2012: Furry Creek Tourist Information Centre. I think the lawn in front of the tourist info building is part of the Furry Creek Golf Course.
