City of Winnipeg Archives, also known as Carnegie Public Library, is a heritage building in Province of Manitoba. Built in 1903 (architect Samuel Hooper), this historic building is the Winnipeg’s first public library, made possible through endowment funds from the American philanthropist Andrew Carnegie.
