Instructions in the video
Cut with a knife the surface of potato while rotating it, as shown in the video.
Boil potato till it's done (ie, soft inside).
Once the potatoes are cooked, place them in ice cold water (ie, water with ICE CUBES) for 10 seconds only. The surface of potato is shrunk in 10sec, while the inside of the potato is still hot!
After 10 sec, remove the potato quickly and pull both ends of the potatoes one by one in a very fast pace. You'll be amazed at how easily the potato skin can be removed!!!
While the potato is still hot, smash it. It's easier to smash potato while it's still hot. As mentioned above, you cool down the potatoes for only 10 seconds, so potatoes remain warm.
