This site was previously occupied by Grande Prairie High School and Montrose Junior High School. Now it’s home to Prairie Art Gallery, Grande Prairie Public Library, Rotary Community Room, Teresa Sargent Hall, and Esquires Coffee House. Apparently, Teresa Sargent Hall can provide up to 250 seats for wedding reception and other banquet functions. Food cartering service is available through Esquires Coffeehouse.
