Gulf of Georgia Cannery is a National Historic Site of Canada located in Steveston Village in Richmond, British Columbia. It is one of BC’s few historically intact canneries. Built in 1894, the cannery was the leading producer of canned salmon in the province. Today it is a fishery museum with interactive exhibits and tours that commemorate the history of Canada’s West Coast fishing industry.
