About your comment "Not sure if 2006 will have different balloons" . . . every year the festival has different pilots participate, with a few from the previous year returning (mainly because they enjoyed the festival so much ;)) as well as about 5 Special Shapes (last year, 2007, saw the Canadian Flag and Maple Leaf, Tyrone the T-Rex [I crewd on that balloon], Felix the Cat and Piko which is a blue balloon with ears and a face). I crew at the festival every year since 2002 (meaning I'm one of the folks who is part of a balloon team) as well as the different balloon festivals in Canada. Nice pictures by the way. Steve A.
