How-To: Enjoy Sushi in Japanese Traditional Way

Here is the video that teaches you how to appreciate the Japanese Sushi Tradition (ie, how to eat sushi in a correct way).
Please do NOT use chopsticks to eat sushi. It’s more complicated than you think!!!

Clarification
Ok, I’ve asked someone in Japan to see if everything presented in the video is true. Well, well, well, 80% is joke!!!
Some truth in it, but not really.
For example, they don’t wear sushi board home; chef don’t wipe face with “zokin.” People may eat sushi with fingers, but most people use chopsticks anyway. It’s true that you don’t dip the rice part of sushi into soy sauce “shoyu”, just a bit on the fish part, but they don’t put that much soy sauce on sushi as seen in the video. Also regarding wasabi (the green spicy paste), a little bit of wasabi between the sushi and rice is good enough; too much will ruin the original fish flavor.
