Year 1958 on Nov 10 is Rooster.

Year 1959 on Jan 20 can be either Rooster or Pig. It is probably Rooster, too!

Usually Chinese New Year falls in February. Occasionally in late January. So depending on the "actual date" of Chinese New Year in year 1959, Jan 20 can be before Chinese New Year (year of rooster) or after Chinese New Year (year of pig).
