Any ideas on how to do this? If I select the individual sheets or entire workbook, pdf writer prompts for a file for each sheet that is printed. I did encounter one problem though, after I change the pages per sheet and save the new file, when I open the new file the embedded photographs in the PDF all turn black, thus I still waste lots of ink when printing.
