Came across these two recipes on the website. It’s a famous Taiwan delicacy. Not sure if the recipe works.
The sauce is the most important part of this recipe. If you know how to make the sauce or where to buy it, please let me know.
Also, what is 茼篙菜? Anyone knows its English name?
材料： 鮮蚵 150克 （事先以鹽清洗過），茼篙菜 70克（清洗後切斷），土雞蛋 2個。
純番薯粉 2.5兩，水 4大匙，韭菜適量。
番茄醬 6大匙，醬油膏 2大匙，味噌 2大匙，糖 4大匙，水半碗，太白粉 1大匙。
作法： 將材料 2 的番薯粉、水、韭菜事先調勻，並將材料 3 調成醬汁備用。
平底鍋放適量油，加鮮蚵，先將其煎至七分熟。
再加入半碗材料 2 一起煎至凝固、呈透明狀。
最後加入雞蛋、青菜，將正反兩面煎熟，吃時淋上材料 3 調成的醬汁即可。
材料： （2人份）
蚵仔（牡蠣）約15個左右，小白菜或茼蒿 2株，雞蛋 1個。
太白粉（或地瓜粉）100 c.c.，水 250 c.c.，白胡椒粉少許，雞精粉或味精少許（可省略）。
做法：
1. 牡蠣洗淨，瀝乾水備用。青菜洗淨、摘成小段備用。將太白粉調入水、胡椒粉攪拌均勻。
2. 平底鍋加熱、放油約1大匙，放入牡蠣七、八個。倒入一半的太白粉水（先攪拌一下再倒以免沉澱），將一個雞蛋打進鍋裡、把蛋黃打散但不要打勻。再把青菜鋪放在上面。
3. 等太白粉水變透明，把邊緣的粉皮撥到中間覆蓋青菜，或者翻面繼續煎到青菜與蛋變熟即可盛出裝盤。
4. 淋上甜辣醬即可趁熱吃囉~ (味甜辣醬 or 公雞牌辣椒醬)

A photo taken on September 18, 2007, shows the National Grand Theater (国家大剧院) lit up at night. The Theater will have its first trial show on September 25. Located west of Tian’anmen Square, the egg-shaped structure is 46.68 meters tall and reaches a depth of 32.5 meters and is covered with more than 20,000 titanium tiles.

A spider with a human face on its back is discovered in China. Could be a new species. Kewl~
Some people think it’s a pink lady face. However, I think it’s a “female” transformer. Seriously, it looks like the transformer logo in pinky style. Don’t you agree?
A human faced spider is pictured in this photo taken on September 25, 2007. The novel spider, which seems to have a girl’s face, was discovered in Hami, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Tuesday and has aroused a great deal of interest of local residents.
