On Sunday, January 28, 2007, dental hygiene students (Brittany & Seema) and I decided to have a trip to Peace River, Alberta, Canada. Kevin decided not to go. He wanted to do his laundry, lab work, and grocery shopping. He should have come with us, because I found foods are cheaper in Peace River than in McLennan.
Peace River — the Land of Twelve-Foot Davis. It’s about 45min drive from the Town of McLennan.

Seema & Brittany (hygiene students) and Kevin & I (dental students) had a blast at McLenna Hotel last night with Rita & Melanie (dental assistants). Feeling drunk and hangover, we decide to stay home and watching hockey games all day.

My third day of dentistry rotation. Tour around Downtown McLennan. McLennan is a small rural town with a population of less than 1000 people. Everything is virtually one of a kind. One hospital, one school, one church, one grocery store (that closes by 6pm!), one bank, one post office, one library, one fire hall, one movie theater (with strange movies), one Home Hardware, one gas station, one museum,…etc. And, of course, one dental clinic. We’re talking about monopoly here.
