How to Get Beijing 2008 Summer Olympic Games Tickets for People outside China???
Overseas sales will be managed by individual National Olympic Committees. The three-phased “Enter to Win” lottery ticketing is applied only to people residing in China. Thanks goodness. 
There are more than 200 countries with National Olympic Committees who are eligible to apply for tickets. After they get their allocation, it is up to them to determine how they distribute their tickets. Isn’t this wonderful? 
The 60,000 seats up for sale for the August 8, 2008 opening ceremony (08.08.08) at the National Stadium, known as the ‘Bird’s Nest,’ are expected to be among the most sought-after during the two-week games.
So, if you’re a US citizen, go get your Beijing 2008 tickets from US Olympic Committee. If you’re from Canada, get them from Canadian Olympic Committee (or see below).

CoSport, the official ticket agent for the Canadian Olympic Committee, is now accepting Expressions of Interest for tickets for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. Tickets will not officially go on sale until August 2007 but the sport schedule and online form is available for those interested in attending the Games, which take place August 8 to 24. Information submitted now will be used for the Ticket Request phase scheduled to take place in March 2007. At that time ticket requests can be revised and finalized.
