One of my patients charts has disappeared since this Monday. This is so frustrating. Without the chart, I won’t be able to provide further treatment to the patient. I’ve scheduled two perio appointments with that patient in early December. Still have two weeks left. Hopefully the chart will show up soon. I requested the chart from computer, but never got the chart from patient service, and yet the computer indicated that patient service has scanned the chart out to me.
This is very strange because I’ve never had the chart.
I don’t know who else would be that interested in getting my chart. Who will want to steal the chart???
There is no crime in dental school, right? Probably misplaced somewhere (of course not by me).

This is a story about tooth fairy. Most of us heard about this when we were small during the time we lost our baby deciduous teeth. This tooth fairy is different.
A surprise I would say. Check it out and your dental colleagues will fall in love with this movie clip.
Next time, watch out for an unexpected tooth fairy; it may happen to you! ![]()

This is Part 3 of the Niagara Falls Canada trip. Part 1 and 2 are filed under NORTH dental research category. The following photos were taken on Wednesday, August 25, 2005—my last third day at UWO (University of Western Ontario) for my NORTH dental research.
This particular album features a walk behind Niagara Falls and the horseshoe view of the falls. Magnificent view, especially standing right beside where the water starts to fall.
