According to Lunar calendar (่พฒๆ), Chinese New Year also known as Spring Festival (ๆฅ็ฏ, ๆฅ่) falls on Sunday, February 18, 2007—The Year of The Boar (่ฑฌๅนด, ็ชๅนด). People start new year celebration two days prior to Chinese New Year’s Day; ie, New Year’s Mini-Eve at work (ๅฐ้คๅค) and New Year’s Grand-Eve with family (ๅคง้คๅค). Then the celebration continues for another 15 days, ending on Lantern Festival (ๅ
