A green dragon spirit appeared in the Grande Prairie sky on Chinese New Year’s Eve (January 22, 2012) to welcome the Year of Dragon. :D According to the lunar calendar, January 23 in 2012 is Chinese New Year (Lunar New Year, Spring Festival, or the first day of spring).
